Hotel room in Igoumenitsa / GreeceBea got an new waterproof helmet with an all around visor.Safety first... ;-)

Helle short before the start to an traffic light race with an fair opponent. Unfortunatelly, the aviator of the flighter yet had no chance against the Alp! :-)

Balcony-cooking deluxe in an 5 stars luxury resort in Himare / Albania. The hotel had actually closed, but because of us they kindly made an exception. And so we were the only guests.

After five days full of rain and coldness in Albania, Greece and middle-Italy, however, short before arriving in Venedig the sun went out and so we used the occasion for an extensive coffee-break.

Bea´s excellent glove-heater. Then Helle tried it too and right away he bled his gloves... As I have said, when you send men alone to get something... ;-)

Sadly, this was one of altogether 3 birds which Helle felled on this tour. The first one got stuck between the motor protection, the second had an dispute with the rearview mirror and the this one played russian roulette with the front wheel...

1. Attempt solution: tapping of gas by Beas bike, but in her gas tank was´nt enough gas to turn on the Alperer´s engine again, too. 2. Attempt solution: driving to the next gas station and buying an 5 liter jerry can. Felt duration: HOURS... Bea scolded Helle, but at least, now we know the cruising range of Helle´s gas tank! :-)

Here you can see the consequenses when men ignored a flashing tank light for miles. Result: the gas tank was empty in the middle of an italian channel without emergency lane... pushing can be acutely exciting! :-)
