We had a break near Rijeka to take a few photos. Because of the croatian Bora-wind, driving was partially very exhausting, but the fantastic landscape and the wonderful twisting roads along the shore had been rewarded us enough.
First refueling stop near Villach. Early in october it already can be very cold at the morning, fortunately it got a little better since Udine.
...and so we were allowed to pitch our tent on the waterfront at a campground near Split and so we were able to enjoy this marvellously sunset.
In mid-October nearly all campgrounds in Croatia have closed, however, at the few which were still open were nearly no one was there...
In Croatia you can locate nice unpaved offroad tracks again and again. Exercise had to be and it´s simply fun!
Couple-souvenir-picture from this amazing beach had to be – but then quickly back on the road! :-)
...and then off to beddy-byes! :-)
Worksharing on journey, too. The landlady is serving delicious instant meal with canned beer. So you can end the day... :-)
