- In each case two 2 liter can for oil/ water and two 3 liter cans for fuel; two double brackets for bottles (Touratech)- Magnet tank bag "Trial“ from SW-Motech (28 l content, big map pocket and many elaborated details) (SW-Motech)

Baggage & Supplies

- for each two aluminium panniers 32 L carrying capacity (Stabilo Fachmarkt) with pockets inside the cap for small things (stitched by Bea´s mum)

- for each one toolbox in the rear sidewards the pannier and one box on the engine guard (should be enough for all tools and spares)

- for each two army bags mounted on the crash bar

- for security of our bikes we take in addition two Abus Multiloop 210 and two Abus Detecto RS, the last two of which are mounted on the brake disk and if they move into gear, they will generate a very loud alarm (Louis)

- for each one waterproof bag with 60 L of carrying capacity (SW-Motech), one bag with 40 L carrying capacity and for each one backpack (Motoport)

We pack our bags and take with us... yes, what should we take with us for an at least two years motorbike world trip? The answer: as much as necessary but as little as possible! But, unfortunately, this is easier said as done and especially if you are still at home you feel like packing everything you have, because perhaps you can need it someday... but if we do it like this, we would need an pickup... because of this we decided us for relatively small 32 liters aluminum-boxes. These boxes are supplemented by one smaller and one bigger pack bag per motorbike, two backpacks which also can be very useful if we are on tour by food sometimes on our tour and tank bags to store all our valuables and all things which should be stored handy.

Addendum: Army bags only to Helle's Alperer because Bea's bags were stolen in Laos!
